TOP 4 Exercises You Really Need

Throughout every weight-loss process, nutrition is not always enough. The body requires proper training and exercise that will enable satisfactory results.
Out of all the exercises available in gyms or online, four stand out as the most effective. This is due to the fact that the whole body can be engaged into these exercises. Each body muscle will be stimulated to work and to strengthen, and the whole organism will reboot and refresh. Regular exercising, even if it does not last that long, improves the body posture, the energy levels and the general feeling about yourself. Follow these four exercises to transform your body, mood and spirit and preserve your health along the way:

– Bench Dips/Chair Dips: For this exercise you will need a chair or a bench. Sit on the chair or bench and pull your knees close together, but keep your feet flat of the floor. Separate your arms from your legs at about 6 inches distance and grab the chair or bench tight. Slide down from the chair while holding onto your hands. Keep you back straight and your abs tucked in. Keep your head from moving during this exercise. When your elbows reach a parallel position to the floor, push back up to your original position.
– Push-ups: Get on the floor and lie on your stomach. Lift your legs and arms up so that your arms are beneath your shoulders and your toes are supporting your legs. Start lowering until you have almost touched the ground. When you are close enough to the ground, lift yourself up. Tighten your abs during this exercise to get the full effect. Keep your spine and back straight, as well.
– Squats: Stand up and separate your legs so that they are in a parallel line and straight. Your hands should remain on your waist or you can lift up some weight during the exercise. Start to bend your knees and squat. Lower yourself until your knees reach 90 degrees position. In this position your toes should be showing in front of your knees. Return to original posture.
– Plank: position yourself in a push-up phase, but support yourself on your forearms and toes. Keep your legs straight and your forearms below your shoulders and parallel to your torso. Tighten your muscles and remain in this position for as long as you can, or at least for 60 seconds.
